Refund and Returns Policy

  1. General
    MindBridge Tutoring aims to be fair to both students and tutors. Refunds are handled according to the rules below.
  2. When Refunds Are Allowed
    You may receive a full refund if:
    • The tutor cancels the session
    • Technical issues prevent the session from taking place
    • You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  3. When Refunds Are Not Allowed
    Refunds are not issued if:
    • The student does not attend the session (no-show)
    • The cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session
    • The session has already been completed
  4. Tutor Issues
    If a tutor does not deliver the agreed service, you may contact support. Each case is reviewed, and a partial or full refund may be issued if appropriate.
  5. Group Sessions
    Group sessions follow the same refund rules unless stated otherwise on the
    session page.
  6. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
  7. Fair Use
    MindBridge reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse or violation of platform rules.
