MindBridge Tutoring aims to be fair to both students and tutors. Refunds are handled according to the rules below.
- When Refunds Are Allowed
You may receive a full refund if:
- The tutor cancels the session
- Technical issues prevent the session from taking place
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- When Refunds Are Not Allowed
Refunds are not issued if:
- The student does not attend the session (no-show)
- The cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session
- The session has already been completed
- Tutor Issues
If a tutor does not deliver the agreed service, you may contact support. Each case is reviewed, and a partial or full refund may be issued if appropriate.
- Group Sessions
Group sessions follow the same refund rules unless stated otherwise on the
session page.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
- Fair Use
MindBridge reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse or violation of platform rules.
